Fantastic Boutique Experience!
decaf coffee helpful staff luggage storage
I found decaf coffee and tea readily available in my room. The staff were super lovely and helpful during my entire stay. They accommodated the storage of my luggage before check-in. That helped me a lot.
The spa was tiny. It did not match my expectations from the pictures. The street was loud, and the room isolation could be better.

I had a simple, yet reliably delicious breakfast each morning (especially the croissants!). Liliane cared about every little detail. She created a wonderful dining experience for all guests.

The new rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Showers are one of the best hotel showers I experienced. The hotel offers a spa, but I didn't try it.

The staff was inviting and friendly upon arrival. Lhocine was very cute and flexible during check-in. Michael and Lilien deserve special thanks for their excellent service.

kind staff good location convenient supermarket maximized space
I found the staff quite kind indeed. the location was good. I was only minutes from the arc de triomphe. i appreciated the supermarket just down the road. It was really convenient. the hotel maximized space well.
my room did not have a window, only a skylight on the ceiling that did not open, but this didn't bother me too much.

The hotel is tucked away on a smaller street. this smaller street kept things very quiet at night. i noticed i could walk to good restaurants quite easily from the hotel. This was useful.

i saw they had a breakfast each morning that looked simple but delicious. the lobby had a nice aesthetic. they have a spa, but i did not use it. there is also air conditioning in the rooms.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Alain, michael, and jamal stood out. the hotel's location near the arc de triomphe and the metro was convenient for exploring. i found a handy supermarket just down the road where i bought fresh orange juice.

My room featured twinkling starlight effects on the ceiling, a unique detail. it was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom size was good, with a great shower and nuxe products. the bed was very comfy which i loved.
